    Zoom - Judaism 101 with Rabbi Silberstein

    The class will meet weekly on Sunday mornings at Bais Abe from 10-11:30am, beginning January 5, 2020, except on Jewish holidays, the day before Jewish holidays, or on civil holiday weekends. This class is for anyone who wants to make up for the Jewish education they didn't get growing up. It is appropriate for those interested in conversion to Judaism, for those who are curious to learn more about Judaism, and for Jews who simply want to deepen their understanding of the Jewish tradition. Students will gain the knowledge of Jewish beliefs, history, culture and practice necessary to be able to participate fully in the life of the Jewish community. Enrollment in and completion of this course do not indicate or guarantee acceptance as a conversion candidate by Rabbi Silberstein or by any other rabbi or Beit Din.
