2023 Rabbi Magence Learning Initiative
Learning Initiative Remembering Rabbi Abraham Magence
We are pleased to announce a yearlong learning initiative to commemorate the 20th yahrzeit of Rabbi Abraham Magence zt"l, a pillar of the Bais Abraham Congregation and the St. Louis Jewish Community. Over the course of the year we will host three Shabbatons: August 11-12, 2023 featuring Rabbi Hyim Shafner, November 10-11, 2023 featuring Eva and Rabbi Joe Ozarowski, and February 16-17, 2024 featuring Rabbi Hody Nemes. Additionally, we will be creating a book of memories about Rabbi Magence. Please see below for more information about attending events and helping to sponsor the initiative.
