He will speak on "The Destruction of Jerusalem Came Through a Kamza and a Bar Kamza - A New Read of a Very Famous Tale." This event is free and open to all but please let us know if you will be there! Rabbi Bodner is the Judaic Studies Principal and School Rabbi at Denver Academy of Torah (DAT). Before DAT, he served as Rabbi at the Stanton Street Synagogue on the Lower East Side and as Rabbi of Congregation Ramath Orah on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. He also held the position of Mashgiach Ruchani at the Ramaz Upper school in New York. Raised in Israel, Rabbi Bodner served in the IDF in the Armored Corps and fought in the Second Lebanon War in 2006. Prior to becoming an educator, he was a practicing attorney.
