Mussar is a centuries old Jewish body of teachings, a perspective, and a disciplined practice. The ultimate goal of Mussar study and practice is help one to become a deeply good and decent person; making that a foundation of one’s spiritual life. Introduction to Mussar is an ideal first exposure to the study and practice of Mussar. Designed for those who seek to build a foundation for their spiritual practice. Focused on the soul traits of Humility and Patience. No prior knowledge/experience necessary. The course will be taught by Cyndee Levy and Rabbi Hyim Shafner. The cost for the course is $36 and includes the course book.
