St. Louis has a vibrant Jewish community with over 21 synagogues and about 60,000 Jews. University City in particular is a center for St. Louis Jews and the home of Bais Abraham. We hope the following links to Jewish institutions and businesses will be useful!

This web site has comprehensive links to Jewish resources in St. Louis. The Federation building at 12 Millstone Campus Drive, St. Louis MO 63146 (telephone: 314-432-1277)houses the pleasant and well-stocked Saul Brodsky Jewish Library, and the St. Louis Holocaust Museum and Learning Center.

The Light is St Louis' Jewish weekly newspaper, now also on line.

The JCC is not just an athletic facility but also takes its Jewish cultural and educational mission seriously. The building has a kosher snack bar.

Bais Abraham is in the St. Louis Eruv that covers much of University City, Clayton, Ladue and Creve Coeur and parts of adjacent communities. (There is a separate eruv in far west St. Louis County.) Call the eruv hotline: 314-863-1811 for the latest eruv status.
